What a treat we have for autumn! We’re bringing the sights, scents and flavours of Italy’s most famous region to Fifteen Cornwall for our three–course Taste of Tuscany lunch.

Tuscany is an amazing part of Italy: the seat of the Renaissance, birthplace of Puccini and home to a staggering 10% of the world’s cultural heritage. But it’s the food we love most. Wait till you taste it. The dishes are deceptively simple; a few key ingredients untouched by excess sauces and seasoning. It’s a philosophy we share – let great food speak for itself!

Get ready for dishes like insalata di polpo, an authentic octopus salad, triglie alla livornese con olive e capperi, red mullet dressed with olives, tomatoes and capers and torta di mele in camicia, baked apple tart.
