Student week

From 30th January to 3rd February our apprentices are taking over!

This is the moment when the professional chefs take a well-deserved break and the apprentices take over the kitchen; all under the watchful eye of Head Chef, Andy Appleton, and Training and Development Chef, Karl Jones.

The apprentices are at the nine month milestone of the kitchen element of their course and are only three months from graduation. This is a chance for them to put everything they’ve learnt into practice, with each student in the kitchen running their own section from pasta to pastry. Their ideas, their menu, their food.
