We’ll be ticking all the food and wine boxes on Wednesday 19th October with a five-course autumnal tasting menu and wine from Yalumba’s Jane Ferrari.
As winemaker and spokesperson for Australia’s oldest family owned winery Jane travels the world sharing her passion for Yalumba, and a few glasses along the way. She’ll be on sommelier duty to match a selection of Yalumba favourties to each course.
The kitchen is overflowing with freshly harvested local produce so our chefs are planning a five-course tasting menu to capture the full flavour of autumn.
With dishes like roast Grampound duck ‘alla Tobie’, lenticchie di Castelluccio, purple sprouting broccoli, rosemary and anchovy dressing it’s comfort food with flair.
The tasting menu is £58 per person and the Yalumba wine flight is £44 per person.
