At Fifteen Cornwall, we’re spoiled by the number of amazing local producers we have access to, which is why a minimum of 80% of all the ingredients we use come from Cornwall.

Angus Trotter’s are a small family business. They supply traditional quality meats, a variety of additive free home made sausages, dry cured and oak smoked bacon and hams, along with our Aberdeen Angus beef and locally produced pork, lamb and poultry.

Bre Penn Farm

Bre Penn is a working National Trust farm, run by Rod and Jill. The farm hosts a mixture of sheep, chickens, ducks, horses, dogs and pet sheep. Bre Penn supply us with delicious lamb, which, on a clear day can be seen from the restaurant, happily grazing in the field at Mawgan Porth.

The hens at Clarence Court are from old-fashioned breeds such as the Old Cotswold Legbar and the Burford Brown. Allowed to roam freely and given a totally natural diet, the hens produce seriously good eggs.

Owner, Charlie Watson Smyth recently started growing his own durum wheat which he has milled into flour. Fifteen Cornwall uses this to make pasta.

The conditions at the estate are perfect for growing the finest quality tea – better even than Darjeeling in India. Tregothnan is the first ever true English tea – the traditional English drink has finally come home!
